Proud Wayne mama to a beautiful boy. I went to my first FIT4MOM class when my son was 3 months old, and it was love at first stretch! I remember thinking about how good it felt to be doing something for myself, while also caring for my baby. As a new mom I was so relieved and grateful to have found FIT4MOM. I immediately felt and saw the benefits of the workouts and the wonderful community that welcomed us both with open arms.

Fast forward to now... My son is almost 2.5 yrs old and FIT4MOM has changed our lives! I've never felt stronger, both physically & mentally. Those moments in class, at events or during playgroup give me the time to recharge and I'm thankful everyday for FIT4MOM for helping me find my strength in motherhood. My boy is also having his share of fun! It's been a joy to watch him learn, grow and experience new things side by side with other littles. This community has made a real difference in my motherhood experience and I know there are mamas out there searching for all the things FIT4MOM has to offer.

FIT4MOM has had such an impact on our everyday that I was inspired to start my own franchise in my town of Wayne, New Jersey. There's so many mamas and families in our area, I had to bring FIT4MOM here to share it with everyone! I'm thrilled & honored to be the Owner of FIT4MOM Wayne and bring an incredible experience to all the moms & littles in my hometown!
