Interested in joining us for a class? We got you, Mama. Here is everything you need to know.

Can I try a class before I join?

Yes, your first class is always FREE! Click the link at the top of your screen to find out more.

Do I need to be in great shape to participate in class?

Not at all! FIT4MOM is for moms of all fitness levels. We empower you through choice. You will be coached by a trained fitness instructor who will guide you through exercises best for your age and stage of motherhood. We know everyday can look and feel different for moms, so exercise at your own pace and do what feels most comfortable for YOU.

Do I need to pre-register or can I just show up?

While you can absolutely just show up, we would prefer you pre-register. When registering in advance you'll receive the latest class updates as well as details on where to meet us, park, and expect for class.

What do I need to bring to class

For you: Comfy exercise sneakers and clothing, water, face towel, and yoga mat. Optional to bring a baby carrier, in case you have a little one that likes to be held.

For your littles: Any type of stroller, and whatever makes them happy! We recommend their favorite snacks & toys, diaper bag essentials, and a blanket.

I just had a baby, when can I join stroller classes?

Congratulations! You can start attending class with your doctor's clearance to begin exercising, typically after your six week postpartum appointment.

In the meantime, you're always welcome to attend any of Our Village events! These get togethers are great if you're looking to get out of the house, enjoy some adult conversation and meet other moms. Feel free to join us at any playgroup or moms-only social events. See you there, mama!

My baby doesn't like being in the stroller, gets fussy or I need to feed?

Our classes are designed to keep the kids moving and engaged by incorporating songs and various props to keep them happy and occupied. With that said, if you need to change, nurse or console your baby, please do so - remember, you are in good company.

Can I attend classes if I am pregnant?

Absolutely! We encourage expectant moms to continue to exercise throughout their pregnancies as long as everything has been approved by their physician. We can modify any exercise that poses a challenge as you progress through your pregnancy.

FIT4MOM® recommends you obtain your doctor’s approval prior to beginning any exercise program. If pregnant, please speak with your physician before your first day.

How will I know if the class location has changed due to weather?

Pre-register for classes to be notified of the latest class updates related inclement weather, location changes or cancellations.

Do I need to be a runner to attend these classes?

Absolutely not! FIT4MOM is for moms of all fitness levels. We meet for a warm up, then power walk or jog to each exercise station. You exercise at the pace you feel most comfortable.

Do I need a jogging stroller for the workout?

Jogging strollers are not required. As long as the stroller is sturdy, not prone to tipping and all children can be safely strapped into their seats for the duration of class, it will work just fine!

Can my older children walk along or ride their bike during class?

Safety is our first priority, so we do not allow kids to be out of the stroller during class, regardless of age.

What is FIT4MOM Our Village Events & Playgroups?

As moms, we understand that life is about finding balance while nurturing our minds, bodies and spirits. Our FIT4MOM Our Village Events and Playgroups was created with this aspiration in mind. By becoming a member, you will be apart of a tight knit community of moms to share advice, tips, fun and most importantly connect with throughout motherhood. Support and connect with other moms through:

  • WEEKLY innovative & creative playgroups - Fun for babies & toddlers.

  • MONTHLY Moms-Only social events - This is your time!

  • MONTHLY Mommy & Me playdates - Enjoy fun activities with you little(s).

  • SPECIAL EVENTS for our members - Come together to celebrate one another and special occasions (ex: showers, birthdays, new baby, returning to work & more)!

  • GIVE BACK through "Moms with a Mission" - Philanthropic activities throughout the year to help better the community where you live and play. Join us and make a difference.

All moms are welcome to enjoy Our Village activities & playgroups! These activities are free. (Note, exception for select events & MEMBERS ONLY activities throughout the year. Details will be provided in advance.)

What if I need to cancel my membership?

A 30-day notice is required to cancel your membership. A copy of the policies can be found on the website.

Our Membership

What does my Membership include?

Your membership includes access to classes at any of the FIT4MOM Wayne locations. We offer our signature workout Stroller Strides and will be adding more fitness programs in the future!

Membership also includes being a part of Our Village - our community of mothers that brings women together through fun, support and connection through motherhood. Only Our Village members gain access to our private Facebook group and exclusive social events throughout the year! We also host weekly playgroups for our littles, monthly mom only social events, family events and other celebrations!

Can I bring family or friends who are visiting to class with me?

Visitors are welcome to come to class FREE of charge! If you have an extended-stay guest who will participate longer than one week, they will be charged a fee for each class attended. Please email crissypafitis@fit4mom.com to learn more about Visitor Fees and make accommodations for extended-stay guests. All visitors must sign our waiver in order to participate.

How do I place my membership on hold or cancel it?

Email crissypafitis@fit4mom.com to change the status of your membership. All requests need to be received in writing 10 business days before the next payment is due. Once payment processes there are no refunds.

Memberships will be placed on hold for the maximum of 4 months. Our system auto prorates payments so no paid membership is lost.

When can I place my membership on hold or cancel it?

Holds can start any day of your billing cycle. Our system auto-prorates your membership upon release of your hold. There are no refunds on dues once payment has been paid. To avoid payment, all requests need to be received in writing 10 business days before the next payment is due.

How do I change my return date on my hold?

You can return from your hold on any day of the month. You need to email crissypafitis@fit4mom.com at least 24 hrs prior to your return. If you attend class without advanced notice your credit card on file will be charged the drop-in rate of $25/class.

Can I attend classes when my membership is on hold?

When your membership is on hold you can attend classes at the drop-in rate of $25/class. Your credit card on file will be charged automatically.

How do I update my credit card on file?

To update your credit card on file:

  • Log into your Pike13 account

  • Below your profile photo you will see a list of options

  • Click on "Payment Methods"

  • Update the information

  • Click “Save”

  • Be sure to delete the old credit card on file

If your monthly dues payment fails and you do not respond to our emails to update your credit card info, your membership will be cancelled.

Who do I contact with questions about my membership?

If you ever have any questions on your membership, you can email crissypafitis@fit4mom.com or call us at 973-348-9143.

Is my membership transferable to another franchise location?

No. Memberships are only valid for the franchise where they were purchased. If you move to an area outside of our franchise, you will need to cancel your current membership and sign up for a membership at the new franchise. We encourage you to contact the franchisee where you are moving to and let them know you have a current FIT4MOM membership at another franchise.
